Are you currently accepting new patients? We are currently accepting new patients and often have same day appointments available.
What do I need to bring with me for my first appointment? Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to your first appointment so that you can complete all of the required forms. Please bring your insurance card with you.
What can I expect during my first appointment? You can expect to be asked a number of medical and non-medical related questions. We like to get to know you during your first appointment. We will discuss personal and family medical history, current medications, social history, such as "What do you do for a living? What do you like to do for fun? What is your diet and exercise routine like?" etc. You can also expect a full head to toe physical. We also may recommend ordering routine blood work, depending on your age, gender, medical history, etc.
What insurances do you accept? We currently accept most major forms of private insurance, such as United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Pacific Source, etc. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare.
Is there a sliding fee scale for out of pocket payers? Yes! For those without medical insurance we offer a sliding fee scale. Please call our office to discuss your current situation and needs.
How do I sign up/use the Patient Portal? Talk to the front desk about how to sign up for the patient portal. Once signed up, you can simply click on the "Patient Portal" link on our home page or on the "Portal" tab in the upper right hand corner of our website.
What are your clinic hours? We are open from Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to Noon.
